5/18/13 – Article by Martin Hill (www.libertyfight.com) titled: 9/11 Widow and Lawyer Sanctioned by Corrupt Zionist Judge.

05/16/13 – Article by Brendan Pierson published in the New York Law Journal.  The article is titled Attorney Sanctioned for Using Motion to Air Bias.  This article basically just parrots the 5/15/13 order of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, which is very hostile and unfair to Ellen Mariani and her attorney Bruce Leichty.

5/15/13 – Article by Benjamin Weiser published in the New York Times on 5/15/13.  The article is titled: Court Penalizes a Lawyer Over Slurs in a 9/11 Filing.  This article basically just parrots the positions of the 5/15/13 order of the Second Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, which is very hostile and unfair to Bruce Leichty and Ellen Mariani.  It does not mention any of Ellen’s points which she raised in her briefs, such as the fact that John Ransmeier was actually representing the insurance companies involves while purporting to be a neutral administrator of Louis Neil Mariani’s estate.  (This is a serious conflict of interest on Ransmeier’s part.)  Notice that the date of this article is the same as the date of the 5/15/13 order.  How did the New York Times find out about the order and write an article about it so quickly?  One of the judges, Susan Carney, is married to Lincoln Kaplan, who is on the New York Times editorial board.  Was there was some inappropriate insider communication going on between the New York Times and Judge Carney?

4/28/13 – Article by Tricia Nadolny published in the Concord Monitor (a New Hampshire newspaper).  The article is titled: Years later, 9/11 widow battles in court.

2/9/13 – Article by James Madison (a screen name), in independent writer, titled 9/11 Survivor Ellen Mariani’s Last Chance to Force Truth Through Legal Discovery.  This article discusses, among other things, evidence showing that the planes of 9/11 were remote controlled.

11/7/12 – Article by Mark Anderson of American Free Press (www.americanfreepress.net) discussion Ellen’s case and the successful fund drive, titled: 9/11 Widow Breaks Fundraising Goal.

7/14/2007 – Article by Jerry Mazza:  The 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund: Cui Bono?  (This article is not about Ellen’s case per se, although it briefly discusses her case.  The article discusses the Victim’s Compensation Fund [for 9/11 victims] and how it acts to protect the criminals because each person who accepts the money relinquishes his right to sue.  A lawsuit could bring out the truth regarding 9/11 and expose the criminals.  The article also discusses the Israeli connections to 9/11 and to the characters involved in the judicial process involving 9/11 and in the process of trying to get all the cases to settle out of court.)
